Dave's Parents Boat

Check this out. These are the pictures at Dave's parent's house when it rained so hard. He took some pictures of his parent's boat on the water. I thought was really cool. This the boat on the lift in the water and all the water around it. This is his parent's boat again. But from a different angle. This is the boat again. But see the water under the boat and how high it is. This is the wall that is by the water. Notice the sand bags by the wall to try to keep the water from washing out the wall.

Little Late I know:

On May 8, 2008 Ashley made me an invitation for me to the Mother's Tea that they where having at school. The invitation read this. Please come to a Mother's Tea on May 8, 2008. So that is what I did. Then she read me a poem that she had wrote. I will try to get that on here as well. If it all possible. I know that these pictures are a little late but I have been so busy working and taking care of Ashley that I have not had a chance to get these on the computer. But they are on here now hope everyone enjoys these. I know that I had a great time. This is Ashley before the Mother's Tea at her school. This was taking at our house. My Daughter The Dare Devil:

The weekend of May 9 we went to The Carnival in Caledonia. We had so much fun. Ashley rode on rides that I thought she would never go on. She had so much fun on these rides. She is my little dare devil as I put in the Title. I am so glad she did this. I know that she will go again next year and hopefully do the same thing. I hope everyone enjoys these pictures. I know that I had fun taking them, and also my friend Dave took some. Her she is on the bumper cars with her friend Tia. She had so much fun doing these they did these twice.

This is her on the a ride called the Spider. She had a lot of fun on this ride also. She rode with Tia's brother Dalton on this one. Here she is on the what they call the Mater horn. She loved this ride also as you can see in the picture. She is with her friend Tia on this one. This is why I call my daughter the dare devil. She went on this ride which is called Cliff Hanger. You lay down on this ride then you hold on to the bottom rungs and put your head through the hole at the top. Then you go really fast and spin around. I think I was more scared then she was about this ride. So here is my daughter the dare devil. This ride she was with her friend Tia and Tia's brother Dalton.

Mother's Day Tea:

We had a Mother's Day Tea at Ashley's school tonight. It was so much fun. They did such a nice job on there poems. The poem made me cry. I will post it on here if she will let me. They made hats for us and flowers that we could wear. I took some pictures they will come soon.

Just An Update;

Just wanted to update everyone on what has been going on. I have been working so many hours. I have not had time to do anything. There is so much that needs to be at my house. I have to do so much laundry. Just wanted everyone to know that next week I will be at the Holland Tulip Festival almost all week. Also I am so excited because I am going to go with my Daughter and my new friend. I am not sure what day's I am going to go. I know that I am going to go for sure on Friday May 2, 2008 so that we can go watch the fireworks together. I also know that I am going to go that Saturday for the carnival. Also there will be a couple other day's that we will be going. I have never been the Holland Tulip Festival before this will be fun and very exciting. I know that I will be very well taking care of when I am there also. Also just update on my new friend. I am really glad that we meet each other. I know that I have waited a long time to meet someone like him. He is so good to me, and my daughter. He opens my car door for me when get out the car. He also makes sure that I never have to pay for anything. More updates to come.

Just an Update:

Not a whole lot to say. Other then the fact that I had a fun weekend. I went to my friend Dave's house for a cook out. Ashley was there to. He had some friends over as well. That was really nice time. he then came to church on Sunday with me. It was very nice. He is a nice all around christian guy.

This weekend we will be might be going to his parents house. So that will be fun as well.

Snow:

I wish the snow would go away. I hate snow. I wish it was nice this weekend. I wanted to go hang out with some friends. But that will not happen because of the snow. So therefore hopefully next weekend I can go meet up with some friends. Hope everyone is going to have a nice Easter. I know I will I am going to be with family. My whole family will be here then Johns mom will be here also. So that will be very fun. I hope the weather holds for Easter. Everyone have a happy Easter and I will update again soon. Sorry It Has Been Awhile:

Sorry it has been a while since my last update. I have been so busy working. I have worked all week being sick. I have a really bad cold that I thought went away but it didn't. I am on medication for it now though. So hopefully it will go away. I was going to see a play this weekend but that is not going to happen now because I am so sick. I am going to go home from work and crash for the weekend. I hope that my daughter will let me rest. But my Mom will be around so that will be good she can help me out if she needs to. I hope every one has a good weekend. I will have a good weekend of rest and spending time with my daughter. It is so hard when you don't feel good to take care of another person. But that is OK because I know that God is going to heal me. I know that he will take care of me. So on a better note. I just got expected to Kellogg Community College for the fall semester. So please pray for me. I really hope I know what I am doing. I am not taking on more then I can handle. I know that this is what God wants for me though. I also know that I have to do this for myself so that I can hopefully get a lead teachers position at the center where I work now. I know that it will come in time. But for now I am going to take one class at a time so that I can just get my feet wet, and back in the door. I have not been in school for 14 years so I am really hoping this goes well for me. Random Stuff

Just some random stuff. I don't have a whole lot to say. I am sorry it has been a while since my last post. But I have been so busy working. I also have not felt good. I have a really bad cold. I have had this cold since Saturday night. But I have to work all week to keep the money coming in. I have to keep the money coming in so I can take care of Ashley. I will update again soon. Tonight:

I get to babysit my Nephew tonight. Seth and Sarah have to go away for a while. I am so happy about that. It will be fun to babysit him. He is such a good baby. I will update again soon. Yeah for me I didn't have to work today. My work was closed because the roads where so bad this morning. So I spent the whole day at home with Ashley.

Go Peter:

Go Peter! You rolled over again today. I am so proud of you. I can't believe you are so young and yet doing so much. I so remember this picture like it was yesterday. I am so glad that you are doing so well. I love you so much. You are growing so fast.

Title Change:

I thought I would change my title because I am doing so well in my life now. My new title is God is the greatest. I really like that title. The reason I like that title because has been the greatest to me. God has never let me down even when I let him down. I know that God is always there no matter what the situation is. He is there in my darkest hour. He is there when he need him the most. He has been there for me when times where tough for me. So I thought this title would be the best for my blog now. I hope everyone likes the title change. Let me know what you think about the title change. I hope everyone is having a good week this far. It is almost the weekend. I will post more after the weekend. I have a conference to go to for church tomorrow morning from 9:30 to 1:00. Then I am going to my Aunts house with my daughter and my sister Lori. I am just posting some random stuff. There has not been a lot going on around here. One thing that I forgot to mention. My sister Shari on Christmas Day ask me to be in her wedding and of course I told her yes. I am so happy for her. I am so glad that she thought of me to be in her wedding. Thank you so much I love you and John. Some other thing's are is my nephew was laying on the couch for tummy time. He was between Seth and Sarah on the couch. He put his knees under him and flipped over. So then they put him on the floor he did it again. So it thought it was really neat that happened. Then last night they came over. He was on his back and he rolled to his side. I think is really cool to. I don't any baby that can do that. I will post again soon.

I just wanted to say that I got my first nephew. He was born on Dec 24, 2007. Which is also the day of my daughter's birthday. How amazing is it that 8 year's later that I would have a nephew born on my daughter's birthday. My sister and brother-in-law named him Peter Lloyd. I really like the name. I so happy for them.

Hello:

We went to Ashley's dads last night. We had a lot of fun. She got some really cool gifts. She got Simon Trickster, wonder works, gel pens, notebook paper, she also got a pillow and a bear that sings jingle bell's. I am just praying that everything goes well for us this year with him. Maybe we will see him more than once a year. So please everyone pray for that situation to work out. She had a hard time this morning because she is afraid that she won't be able to see her dad again for another year. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

Yeah I got my computer back. I am so glad that I got my computer back. It was no fun with out a computer. So any way's I said I would update again when I got my computer back. So here just a little post. I will write more again later.

Christmas Luncheon

We had are Christmas Lunch at Noel's yesterday. It was so much fun. I love it when we go there. The place is decorated for Christmas all year around. It is so beautiful. Everyone was there expect Sarah, Shari, and Carrie. We missed you guy's very much. But Grandma F, Grandma B, Ashley, Lori, Aunt Marie, Betty, Michelle C, and of course myself. My cousin Cathy also got to come from Kalamazoo this year so that was fun. It was really nice to be able to see her again before the holiday's. I am so glad that the weather held off yesterday so that we all could go and have fun. The food was good as always. Then Ashley, and I went to Middleville last night for the Christmas Parade that was very nice. It was very cold though. But all the floats looked very nice. We where going to see the lighting of the tree but the weather turned bad so we came home. I really don't care for winter for the simple fact that it has bring bad weather. But it was very nice to be there for the parade any way's. I got one picture of one of the floats I am not sure if it turned out so I will post it if it turned out.

Fun Night:

I am going to have fun night tonight. I am going to friend Claudia's house for dinner. She has a new apartment I can't wait to see it. She said it is really nice inside. I am hoping to get some pictures of it so I can post them on here. I am going to tell my sister if they are nice. So therefore she can see about getting one of them for her and John. I will post more about how much fun I had after I get home.

Something I Wrote:

This is something I wrote a couple months ago. I really like this a lot. I hope you like it to. It is called God My Heart Cries Out. God My Heart Cries Out: My heart is glad you are always there. Glad that you always care for us. So glad that you are the one to shine through. You are the one that keeps us on the right track. The one who always sets are hearts on fire. You know when to keep the fire burning hot. I am so glad you always listen to us. Your ear is always open to hear what we say. You are the one that would never leave us. You always listen to are prayers no matter what. We can sing your songs and praises all the time. You are the one that has a heart for your children. I really hope that everyone finds this very touching I did as I was writing it.

Had Fun Last Night:

I had a lot of fun last night. My sister Lori came over for dinner. John and Shari where here also. We had Tacos. My friend Tom came over with his son Jared. They also ate dinner with us. Then we played cards after that. Tom is so fun to be around. I like being around him. He can always make me laugh. I would appreciate if everyone could pray for Tom though. He is not a Christian. I would love it if you could pray that he becomes a Christian. He really enjoys my family and they really enjoy him. I would also like everyone to pray for my Uncle Norm he was in an accident yesterday with his big tanker truck that he drives for the oil company. I know that he is going to be OK. He rolled his truck several times though. But the truck never caught fire at all so that is the good thing about how the grace of God can work in someones life. I know that the grace of God was there watching over that truck the whole time he was in it. He is still in the hospital today. He should be home sometime tomorrow maybe.

Just wanted to say welcome to the blogging world Mom. I think this is really cool that my Mom has figured out how to us the computer for something other then e-mail and looking up stuff on the Internet. I am so excited about this because maybe she can post cool stuff for all of us girls to read. Maybe I will ask her to post some stories about her childhood. Or some stories that will inspire me on how to help me raise my child. I am really happy for my mom.

I just wanted to remember my twin nephews on here. There names are Isaac Robert and Luke Alan. I never got to see you or hold you but I hold in my heart forever. Isaac was born on 11-15-06 and Luke was born on 11-16-06. I will remember you guy's forever.

Hi Everoyone:

I just am writing to say that I am glad that is fall. I really like fall because of the all the leaves changing color. But I also hate fall because winter falls after that. I hate the snow. I also want to thank everyone for those of you who prayed for my friend Jordan that was a little under the weather. We found out about a month ago that he had cancer. But thanks to everyone that has prayed for him to be healed. He by the grace of God has no cancer anymore. So let's keep praying for him that it doesn't come back.

Sorry:

Sorry it has been so long since I have updated. I have been so busy working, and taking care of Ashley. On Sept 9, 2007 I was in the Heritage Day Parade in middleville with my Grandma. My Aunt Debbie my sister Lori walked behind the float. Then Grandma, Kendell, Ashley, and I rode the float it was so much fun. School has stared Ashley has being in school for about 3 week's now. She is really liking it a lot. She has already been home sick for 3 day's. I am hoping that this is the end of this for the year. I really want her to be able to do well in school this year. I know that God can heal you when you are sick. I am believing God that she is done getting sick for the year. Also congrats to my sister Shari on her engagement to John Harris. I can't wait for another wedding in the house. I am so excited. That is all for now remember to keep God #1 in your life. I know I do.

A Fun Weekend:

I had a fun weekend. I went to my aunt's house on Friday. Then on Saturday I was sick all day. My whole family was here, and I could not be around anyone. I was so disappointed. Then on Sunday my sister and brother-in-law came over. Also my sister Shari and her boyfriend were here. We ate outside on the picnic table. It was really nice to be able to be outside with family. We played cards after dinner. That was fun like always. Today on Monday we went to my aunt's house for breakfast. We had Cinnamon French Toast, and we had sausage, bacon, and cinnamon rolls that Grandma Bergy made. They are always good. My friend Jordan then called me and he came to my aunt's house so that was fun. Then around 12:00pm, we went Grandma Finkbiener's house. We had sandwiches and chips and some really good salads. I hope everyone had a good Labor Day. It is back to the drawing board tomorrow for school. Ashley is all excited about starting 2nd grade. I will update with some pictures soon.

Fun Night

Sorry I have not updated in a while. I have been really busy trying to get my daughter ready for school. It is hard to believe that summer is almost over. School will be starting soon. I had a fun time last night. I went out to Grand Haven with my friend Jordan. We had so much fun. We walked the pier. We then meet with a couple friend's and had Ice Cream. It was so much fun. The water was beautiful last night but kinda cold. We didn't swim but I got my feet wet. Jordan got some pictures of some of the pier. He even took a picture of a racing boat. That was really cool to see that on the water. We want to back again soon. I hope we can it is so peaceful out there. I would not mind living out there. That would be nice to live on the water. I will update again soon.

Fun weekend:

This past weekend was fun. We had the Finkbeiner family reunion at my Aunt's house on Saturday that was really fun. We had my mom's cousin Dave and Mary. Also a whole bunch of people that I didn't really know but got I to know and had fun anyway. We all got to swim in the pool. Also got to see my little cousin's Pocket and August. Pocket and August are Dave and Mary's grandson's My friend Jordan came with me and had a great time. Jordan came back to the house after we got done and we had so much fun. We had Debbie Kendell and Grandma over, and he got to show them his pictures of Guatemala. They really enjoyed them. Then on Sunday we had Dave and Mary my mom's cousin over for pizza with Grandma Finkbeiner, Chip Debbie, and Kendell. My sister Lori was there too. My parent's and then Shari and John where also there. My sister Sarah and Brother-in-law Seth where there too. We had so much fun this day also. Dave and Mary had there grandson's Pocket and August with them. But then of course weekend's have to end then it is back to work for the week. It has been so hot at work this week because of the fact that we have no air at work. It doesn't work very well. But that is OK because we can have fan's.

Great Weekend:

I had an awesome weekend. I went up to Mackinac Island. I went and stayed in St. Ignace with my Mom, Dad, Ashley, and my sister Lori. It was so much fun. We went to the Island on Saturday and had so much fun there. We got to walk a lot on the Island. I also went to see the Bridge light's Saturday night. That was really fun also. Then we came home on Sunday. We stopped in Traverse City at Fish town. We had fun doing that also. We then got home around 6:30. Lori and I got a Chance to catch on some old times. It was just like old times when we where up there. Lori and I used to go with my parent's when we where little like Ashley's age. So it was fun to be able to do that again. Lori and I needed that. But I had a fun weekend. God Bless everyone.

Another Night At Fair:

I went to fair again last night. it was so much fun. My Mom, Lori, Shari, Debbie, Kendell, Grandma F., and Grandma B. where there. We had a lot of fun. Night At Fair:

Went to Fair last night that was fun. At the fair last night there was a lot of my family there. We had Dad, Mom, Me, Ashley, Lori, Sarah, and Seth. My friend Jordan went also that was fun. He is back from his trip to Guatemala. He had so much fun. Here is a picture of him and I at Fair.

I have so much fun with Jordan he so nice to me. I am so glad that we are friend's. He is so into the Lord and that is I need in my life right now. I know that we will always be friend's no matter what happens. Have a good day and may God Bless you.

Update On Friend #3

Just wanted to update everyone on my friend. He comes home today. I really like the fact that he comes home today. I have missed talking to him. He I know had so much fun though. I know that he heard from God a great way. I will have update on this when he gets back if he wants to. But if not I will update more for him when I hear from him to know if that is OK with him. I am hopefully going to the airport tonight to see his flight come in. His parent's are going also. So then I think my mom is going to let me go. I really do care about him a lot. I know that God is going to keep him and I strong with this friendship. I will write more later.

Update On Friend #2:

I just thought I would update on my friend Jordan again. He is having so much fun. He got to build a house. I can't wait for him to come home. Please just keep praying for him, and his team. Updates On My Friend:

My friend Jordan left on Friday July 6, 2007 for Guatemala. He is a lot fun which I can see in the pictures. When he gets back from there I will see if I can get some pictures from him to post on here. He went, and did a clinic for people that needed meds. I have been praying for him everyday. Happy Fourth Of July

Happy fourth Of July:

Sorry it has been so long since I wrote. I have been very busy. I have been with my friend Jordan for the last 2 weekend's. Last weekend we spent the day together on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday we hung ou with my parent's. Then on Saturday we hung out at my Aunt's house most of the day. Then on Sunday with my parent's again. This weekend which my birthday was on Friday. I didn't have to work so we went spent the afternoon together. We went out with Ashley for lunch then we went to the campground where hi parent's are we most of the evening there. I got home about 1:30 or so. Then on Saturday I had the parade in the morning. I rode the float which was very nice. Then we had pictures which pretty fun. Then we had my grandpa's 80Th birthday party that was fun. Then that night we had the fireworks and Jordan came out for those. We had fun with that night also. On Sunday we took Ashley to the campground where his parent's are that was fun. We went swimming with his sister. Then we had a bonfire, and then we came home. The House To Myself:

I had my sister over last night. I have the whole house to myself this weekend my parent's are gone. They went up North. They needed to do this. I am so glad they did it. So last night I just sat around the house, and had dinner with my sister's then my older sister, and sat up and talked for a long time. Then we went to bed. We went to bed about 12:00 this morning. Daughters School Picnic:

I had my daughter's school picnic today at the park. It was so much fun. They where just going to play some games when I left. So I hope she is having fun with that. Also there is only 1 1/2 day's of school left until the end of the year. I know that she is going to have fun this summer though. My sister Sarah is going to watch her this summer for me. That Ashley can be with someone that she really knows this summer. They are going to a lot of fun stuff this summer. They are going to hang with each other all day long well I work. I am so happy that my sister is willing to do this for me this summer. Thank you so much Sarah. I love you very much.

Field Day:

Hey just wanted to say hi. I am going to my daughter's field day today. I will post some pictures on my blog later what she did at field day. I am hoping to have them this weekend. I hope everyone has a great weekend I have a busy weekend. I am going to a movie night at my daughter's school. I then have to go to Grand Rapids tomorrow. I am just updating again for something to do. I am home with my daughter again because she is sick. It has been kinda bad year for us. She has been really sick lately this year. But is God has taking care of her and healed her every time. So I know that God can heal anyone just by the touch of his hand. I will be posting some pictures of my daughter's soccer games soon. I just wanted to say Happy Mother's Day to all the mother's out there. I am going to have a great Mother's Day. For Mother's Day from my daughter I got a really cool puzzle that she made at school. Sick Again:

Ashley is sick again.....I was at the doctor again today with Ashley she has Bronchitics again....I am not sure why she keeps getting sick like this.....If everyone could just please pray for her.....I need to get her better here soon.....God can work miracles in every ones life....I need to start her allergic shot but have no idea if it is going to be covered by the insurance....So just pray that everything is covered.....I will keep everyone updated.

Hi there everyone....I have been so busy working and everything else.....I have not had time to post very much. I am going to post some pictures of my daughter's soccer games when I get them printed out....But for now I will she having a great season....They have done very so far......They don't really keep score but my daughter has scored like around 4 goals so far this year....They have only played two games....She scored 3 goals at the first game.....So everyone be checking out my blog for some pictures....Talk to everyone later have to get her to soccer....Bye for now....May God Bless you today and always.

Hi Everyone:

It has been a while since I updated again....I have been so busy working, and taking care of my daughter......My day's are going very well.....I am working a lot of hour's.....So it has been crazy for me when I get home from work....I don't have time to update very much....So I am updating at work when the kid's are taking there naps. I hope everyone had a very blessed Easter I know I did....It was very fun seeing the whole family and being together again....It seems like most of my family I only see on the holiday's.....But that is OK. Also some other thing's that are happening now is...My daughter is going to start soccer again this Saturday...So with in my life I will not post as much...But I will post some pictures on here soon....Talk to everyone later. Happy Easter:

I know it has been a while since I have updated my blog....I have been busy working, and taking care of my daughter.....I had a friend that was in a car accident on Tuesday.....She is doing really well but she is in Mary Free Bed for a week.....So please pray for a full recover for her....She will be spending Easter in Mary Free Bed....which is not where I would want to spend my Easter but she is OK with this because she knows that God's hand is on her life....I can tell you right now that her faith is going to be stronger then ever before....But I am praying for her dad also that he will turn his life around. But I am also saying Happy Easter to everyone who reads this today or tomorrow....Have a good Easter and God Bless.

Just An Update:

Just thought I would update on a few thing's.....It has been a crazy last couple week's....I toke my daughter to the med center on Saturday Feb. 24, 2007 she had being complaining of her tho art hurting for them to tell me that she has strep.....Well then in the process of them giving me medication for it they give me something that I was told doesn't even take care of strep....So I was very upset....So then she went to school like normal on Mon, Tues, Wed......Then on Thursday morning she wakes up with a really high fever....So I call into work, and take her to the Doctor....They test her again she still has strep never got over it......So I was very upset at that point......So she stayed home from school on Friday as well. On Saturday we didn't do anything other then I went to a conference at my church.....I have to say this the conference was very good....I would go to another conference.....I was called Living The Great Commission.....I really got a lot of it......Then on Sunday we stayed home from church....But then that afternoon we had my cousins Baby Shower.....It was so much fun....She got a lot of very cute stuff....But anyways I will post again soon....
