OK so here is a funny story for everyone to get a good laugh at. The laugh will be on me though but that is OK. So I leave my house early today for work known the roads would be bad, and I go to the gas station to get something to drink. This is the conversation with the lady that checked me out. I said to her "it is nasty out there". She said "Yeah Caledonia schools just closed". I said "are you serious". She said "yeah they just said it on the radio. So I go back out to my car and made a couple phone calls and then finally confirmed that she was right. So I head back to not be able to sleep.

I have changed the title of my blog for this reason. I could not ask for more at this point. God has provided me with wonderful family, the most wonderful daughter, and lastly the most wonderful man in the world. He has brought me the man I am going to be with the rest of my life. I have waited so long for this to happen and it did happen. Now it is all in God's timing when we will be married. I hope everyone likes the name change. Tell me what you think in a comment about the new name.

I got my Christmas present on Tuesday I am very excited. My Christmas present from Ken was a ring that purchased online. The ring has are birthstones then has are names on it. on the inside it say forever and always. It looks really nice on my finger. The birthstones look really cool the way they are set int eh ring. I will post a picture of it later. I was going to take a picture of it on my finger but it won't turn out right. So I am not going to do that. I will post a picture of before I got it. It has been so long since I updated last. I have been so busy with work and school. With the holiday's coming up I am going to be busy. So therefore I am not sure if i will be able to post much. So here are somethings that have been happening. Here is the most recent picture I have of Ken and I together. This picture was taking at his bosses wedding. I know it is small and kind of hard to see. I will have some more pictures around Christmas time. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I know I had a great time with both families. I will be done with classes in December. If everything works out the way I want it to I will graduate in 2014 or 2015 so I am looking forward to that. I hit a deer yesterday 8-3-10 on the way to go vote. It is not that bad. It could have been far worse that what it was. I am so thankful that I had the Lord by my side yesterday also. I hit some garage sales today in Caledonia. I bought a pair of pants that I thought would fit but didn't so I was kind of bummed. I also bought her a jacket that fit nicely so that is really nice. I am so happy it is garage sale season. I can't wait to find some more.

We had what they call a spring fling for my college last night. It was so much fun there. We had an amazing author her name is Particia Poloacco. She is a good children's author. Anyone looking to hear her speak just let me know. The reason is I can try to get a hold of her so she can come to your school or something. Also she has wrote many books they are available at Amazon.com or through Scholastics inc. So if you would to look at her books let me know and I can let you see the one I have from her.

School is going very well just really crazy busy down to the wire of my spring semester then on to my summer semester. I will be taking 2 classes again this summer so it is going to be busy as well. So if I don't post for a while then that is why. It is going to busy still over the summer.

My Knee:

I went out for a night of fun with my daughter and Ken. We went bowling at East Brooke Lanes. We had paid for 2 games. Then on the first game in the 10Th frame I feel on my knee that I had surgery on. It hurt so bad I was in so much pain. I ended in the ER last night. They put me on crutches and in a Ace Wrap for 3 day's.

Other than me doing that Spring Break for Ashley has gone really good. She has a had an awesome Spring Break. She is going to a hotel with a friend tonight and then they are going to be there tomorrow also for a while. I know she will have fun with that.

I also have the most amazing man in the world. He took me to ER last night even though he worked yesterday, and then took us bowling. He sat there with me until the I was done and took me home. I know that God put him and I together for a reason. So I am a very happy person right now.

I have been very busy with work, school and taking care of Ashley that I have not had time to update. It has been a long semester this past year. But I know that by the grace of God anything is possible. God has put on the earth to accomplish going to school and that is what I am going to do. I know that is very proud of me for doing this. God never let's us down of let's us fail from anything we do. So I know that God is going to make my life a whole lot better after I get done with school.

God has also brought me a man that is so good to me. We get a long great and he loves Ashley to death also. I could not ask for anything better in my life. I am so happy I can not thank God enough for bringing Ken into mine and Ashley's life. Thank you so much God for bringing us someone we can hold on to.

First Day Of School:

Ashley's first day of school went really good. I took her to school in the morning. Then my friend picked her up for cheer leading after school. I know she is going to have a good year. I also know that she is going to have a lot of fun with everything that the teacher has planned for her. I start my first day of school tomorrow night so I am not looking forward to that. But I know that this what God wants for me. It is just hard to go to school, work and take care of my child. But I will update again soon.

I said no I don't think so they just wanted to check in.

I will be home all by myself starting today at about 3:00. It should be a fun 2 weeks. My parent's and my sister Lori are going to Germany for 2 weeks. I really hope they have good weather and have a really good time with the Maren's family. I can't wait to see pictures when they get back from Germany. Just update a little bit. I have a pretty good summer with Ashley. We have been doing a lot of stuff with family, and friend's. I am also a very happy person. I will be with my boyfriend 6 months on Sept. 7. Sorry it has been a while since my last update. I have been really busy with my boyfriend. We are doing really good. We have a lot of fun together. We have had a garage sale this past weekend. We made a good amount of money. We had the best day on Friday when I had to work until 2:00. But the nice thing is a sold a lot of Ashley's clothes. So that is a good thing. Then I am going to let a friend look at them in the next couple day's. Then after that we are going to take them to Pregnancy Resource Center. I am so glad that it is summer time, and I can spend the time with Ashley that I need. Also I work only until 11:00 or 12:00 all week so Ashley and I can spend some long overdue time together. Everything will be good this week. I am going to work on a couple things with her this week as far as her Math, and her Spelling. So everyone have a good week and I will update again soon.

OK so what did do last night. She has been training for Girls On The Run. What this is they train for 10 weeks. Then at the end or the 10 weeks they run at East Kent wood High School in the 5K Run. I had a wonderful Mother's Day. We had my family over. Lori, Sarah, Shari, and I made the salads, and the bis cuts for strawberry shortcake. Dad grilled the pork chops on the grill. It all was very good. Ashely had fun being outside playing with Lori. I will be glad when I can run again so I can some games outside with my daughter. Hope everyone had a good Mother's Day. Great Weekend:

I just wanted to let everyone know I had a great weekend. As you can see by my last post that I went to Holland on Saturday for tulip time. So that was fun. Then on Sunday we had the joy's of meeting Claudia's mom. Her mom is so nice and so happy that she lives with such nice people. I really enjoyed playing cards and getting to know her mom. Also all of my sisters where at my house also so that was a lot of fun. Then later Debbie, Kendell, and Grandma came over for a while. The kids played outside most of the afternoon so that was fun. I am so glad that Ashley was able to get outside and play. I will post some pictures of this weekend later. Also I will be going to Holland this weekend again. More pictures to come after Saturday with fireworks. Also this weekend is going to be very busy with Holland and the carnival that is in town as well. So happy can't wait.

Sorry it has been so long since last update. I have a lot going on right now. Have been very busy with school, and other things. So I am very sorry that I have updated in a while. I am very happy that I got a new computer for myself. I bought myself a new laptop computer. I had some money from school so I bought myself a new computer. Sorry it has been so long since my last post. I have been so busy with school, work, and taking care of my daughter that I have had a hard time keeping up with this. So just a few things to update you on. I have been very busy with all my homework trying to stay ahead of the game with everything. I also have a really bad cold. I have been really sick this year with this cold. This is how it all started. First I started with the cold, and then it went to my eye that was no fun had a hard time seeing for a while. Then after that I got a cold sore on my lip that was no fun. It has been tough year with the weather the way it has been. I am praying for some warm weather. Last Friday my nephew Peter came over for the night so that was a lot of fun. He ate dinner with us then played for a while. Then he went to bed slept in my parent's room for the night. He woke up at 6:30 in the morning, and got up with Grandpa and ate Cheerios. Also Ashley started girls on the run Monday. So that is every Monday and Wednesday. She is having so much fun with it. She is so tired when she gets home that my mom says she eats does homework then goes to be. This is getting her ready for the 5K run at East Kent wood High School wish is May 14, 2009. I am so excited for her. The whole thing cost me $65.00, and she got a brand new pair of New Balance Running Shoes, and a t-shirt to practice in then one for the day of the run. So if you are family reading this and would like to come to the 5K run let me know and I will see what time she is going to run. Just family there at this point. Then on Saturday I went out with my friend April well my sister Lori babysat Ashley. We went to dinner and a movie. That was so much fun to be able to get out for a while. I went out again this Saturday but this time I went out with my friend Ken that I went to school with. We had so much fun we went to a movie, and dinner. My friend April went with us so that made fun to. But Ken wants to go out with me again soon. I hope that I can I had so much fun on Saturday.

She started school on Tuesday Sept. 2, 2008. It is going to be a very busy year for my daughter and I. She has a lot going on with school and everything. Hey just wanted everyone to know that I am very excited. I bought a new car today. It is a 1999 Mercury Mystique. It is very nice. It drives really good. I am going to sell the Cutlass that I have so it is goodbye to the cutlass. The Cutlass has been a very good car for me. I have really loved my Cutlass. So just a little bit of what we ave done this summer so far. As you can see in the post before this one. Ashley got baptized that was the best part of the summer. Also we have spent a lot of time with Dave and going to his parents boat. She has a lot of fun riding on the tube with Dave. It has been a great summer this far. I can't believe that summer is almost over though. It has been a very short summer it seems like. But next year I am hoping to take a vacation with her. I hope that can work. I really wish I could have taking a vacation this summer but with my sister's wedding I have no money to do that. I plan on trying to do it next year though. We are going to the beach today though so that will be fun. I am going to have Dave bring his camera so we can at least get some pictures at the beach so I can put them on here. This is the most rain I have seen since I lived here. I have lived here for 23 year's and have never seen the driveway wash out like this. Fun Weekend:

This weekend was very nice. Friday night Ashley did the Fun Run for kids. It was very nice. It had to be inside though in the gym. The reason is because it rained. That was very fun. On Saturday we where in the parade. That also was very fun. Then we where at my parent's house for lunch. We also where there for dinner. Then on Saturday night we went to fireworks. It is so nice to have everyone there. Then on Sunday was my Birthday. I got my present from Dave on Friday. So not on my birthday. But that is OK it is the thought that counts. So on Sunday he came to church with us. Then we came back to my parent's house for dinner. Then we went to his parent's house to show them the ring. I got to meet Grandma R. Then we left there and went to dinner at Texas Road House. The food there was very good. Yes if anyone is wondering they did sing to me. So that is was fun for the most part. I will put some pictures on here from the parade and stuff soon.

Dave's Parents Boat

Check this out. These are the pictures at Dave's parent's house when it rained so hard. He took some pictures of his parent's boat on the water. I thought was really cool. This the boat on the lift in the water and all the water around it. This is his parent's boat again. But from a different angle. This is the boat again. But see the water under the boat and how high it is. This is the wall that is by the water. Notice the sand bags by the wall to try to keep the water from washing out the wall.

On May 8, 2008 Ashley made me an invitation for me to the Mother's Tea that they where having at school. The invitation read this. Please come to a Mother's Tea on May 8, 2008. So that is what I did. Then she read me a poem that she had wrote. I will try to get that on here as well. If it all possible. My Daughter The Dare Devil:

The weekend of May 9 we went to The Carnival in Caledonia. We had so much fun. Ashley rode on rides that I thought she would never go on. She had so much fun on these rides. She is my little dare devil as I put in the Title. I am so glad she did this. I know that she will go again next year and hopefully do the same thing. I hope everyone enjoys these pictures. I know that I had fun taking them, and also my friend Dave took some. Her she is on the bumper cars with her friend Tia. She had so much fun doing these they did these twice.

This is her on the a ride called the Spider. She had a lot of fun on this ride also. She rode with Tia's brother Dalton on this one. Here she is on the what they call the Mater horn. She loved this ride also as you can see in the picture. She is with her friend Tia on this one. This is why I call my daughter the dare devil. She went on this ride which is called Cliff Hanger. You lay down on this ride then you hold on to the bottom rungs and put your head through the hole at the top. Then you go really fast and spin around. I think I was more scared then she was about this ride. So here is my daughter the dare devil. This ride she was with her friend Tia and Tia's brother Dalton.

Just wanted to update everyone on what has been going on. I have been working so many hours. I have not had time to do anything. There is so much that needs to be at my house. I have to do so much laundry. Just wanted everyone to know that next week I will be at the Holland Tulip Festival almost all week. Also I am so excited because I am going to go with my Daughter and my new friend. I am not sure what day's I am going to go. I know that I am going to go for sure on Friday May 2, 2008 so that we can go watch the fireworks together. I also know that I am going to go that Saturday for the carnival. Also there will be a couple other day's that we will be going. I have never been the Holland Tulip Festival before this will be fun and very exciting. I know that I will be very well taking care of when I am there also. Also just update on my new friend. I am really glad that we meet each other. I know that I have waited a long time to meet someone like him. He is so good to me, and my daughter. He opens my car door for me when get out the car. He also makes sure that I never have to pay for anything. More updates to come.

I wish the snow would go away. I hate snow. I wish it was nice this weekend. I wanted to go hang out with some friends. But that will not happen because of the snow. Sorry it has been a while since my last update. I have been so busy working. I have worked all week being sick. I have a really bad cold that I thought went away but it didn't. I am on medication for it now though. So hopefully it will go away. I was going to see a play this weekend but that is not going to happen now because I am so sick. I am going to go home from work and crash for the weekend. I hope that my daughter will let me rest. But my Mom will be around so that will be good she can help me out if she needs to. I hope every one has a good weekend. I will have a good weekend of rest and spending time with my daughter. It is so hard when you don't feel good to take care of another person. But that is OK because I know that God is going to heal me. I know that he will take care of me. So on a better note. I just got expected to Kellogg Community College for the fall semester. So please pray for me. I really hope I know what I am doing. I am not taking on more then I can handle. I know that this is what God wants for me though. I also know that I have to do this for myself so that I can hopefully get a lead teachers position at the center where I work now. I know that it will come in time. But for now I am going to take one class at a time so that I can just get my feet wet, and back in the door. I have not been in school for 14 years so I am really hoping this goes well for me. I am just posting some random stuff. There has not been a lot going on around here. One thing that I forgot to mention. My sister Shari on Christmas Day ask me to be in her wedding and of course I told her yes. I am so happy for her. I am so glad that she thought of me to be in her wedding. He put his knees under him and flipped over. So then they put him on the floor he did it again. So it thought it was really neat that happened. Then last night they came over. We went to Ashley's dads last night. We had a lot of fun. She got some really cool gifts. She got Simon Trickster, wonder works, gel pens, notebook paper, she also got a pillow and a bear that sings jingle bell's. I am just praying that everything goes well for us this year with him.
